I used to really enjoy shopping at Ruler Foods before they started having one scan one's own groceries. Today 1-9-25 around 3 P.M. there were 3 cashiers standing around having a gay old time talking together, while customers checked themselves out.

Cashiers are overworked and pushed over their limits lack of staff the parking lot doesn't get picked up trash everywhere staff said they don't have enough time to do it

They had one guy checking people out 15 people or better in the line.

Self check outs but not allowed to check yourself out if ya have over 15 items ?! Cashier stated “watch every item as it’s scanned “ in a loud voice so apparently if you have over 15 items and want to use the self checkout considering they only have 1 cashier at front to check customers out , you’re assumed to be a thief !!!
Allowed an elderly man to check out right before I decided to use self checkout regardless of item policy due to the fact that gentleman wasn’t said not shit to about 15 items going down to check out 7 where the line continued down damn cereal isle .
This store has needed new management for a very long time - bad management rolls off to having poor staff.

My wife and I shop at this location frequently. We like some of the products. Although from time to time they will have the same product packaging but the product is not the same as the previous time. They sneak in a lesser quality product and not to mention the weight is less. Then they have added the SELF checkout!!!! What a nightmare no place to set your groceries other than the floor. Or move it around in the cart. Then the Attendant this Sunday was completely rude and disrespectful to my wife. He told her to calm down because she was worried about being charged twice on her card. The way he said it was very rude and it took everything I had to keep calm. We shop this store weekly. And we are considering going somewhere else. Since you completely wait on yourself the store itself is dirty disorganized and poorly stocked. The worst thing is we are checking ourselves out. Where is the staff to help customers on the floor????

Tired of the rude employees. There's never enough help. I don't get paid to shop at this store or any other store. Your employees are paid to help customers! You want us customers to use self checkout, then I'll expect a W2 from this store every year from now on & any other store.
