Was really impressed by JCPenney's! Huge variety of clothing some say it's dying but to me JCPenney's is a reminder of childhood. You could get your haircut and find the newest and coolest fashions. I was able to find my work clothes and some street clothes with impressive staff helping me out that was very friendly.

I bought a wedding ring set on 11-22-24, it was sent to be sized and soldered together, it's been lost by UPS and as of today 1-20-25 I still don't have my ring and haven't been able to talk to anyone. They aren't returning my calls! I've called the number below and was told they can't help me, call the store.

The cashier helped me out greatly. I didn't know there was a coupon on my phone that I could use on my purchase. Very happy she told me about it. She was great.

Didn't want to leave a review but had the worst experience with the jewelry dept 6+weeks to get the ring sized and delivered. And rude customer service if you hate your life that much just get help it's k . Good luck having them being able to distinguish between a lab grown diamond and a real one as they don't even know themselves what a joke JCPenney and now I see why big box stores are going under .

I went to get a haircut but the stylist didn't listen to a word I said. So I didn't get the cut I wanted. She cut my hair while it was dry and she was definitely rough with the comb.
