Most of my watches I have purchased through my local authorized dealer, but I have been searching for a difficult to get watch for a gift and there were zero allocations from my AD.I did some research online and found Giganti. Not only did they have the watch I was looking for, but they also had some very good reviews.Confident that I was purchasing from a reputable seller I worked with Cara who was very informative and quick to provide me with photos of the watch. Upon purchasing the watch Giganti FedEx'd the watch overnight.The packaging was immaculate. The watch was secure and they even provided an appraisal and a white golf hat. However, there was one snag as one of the hang tags and link were missing.I promptly notifed Cara and she immediately sent the missing link and hang tag via FedEx. This was was to be a special gift and it certainly was a special occasion to celebrate.Thank you to Giganti for making this happen.”
