During a trip with my classic car, the engine quit and wouldn't restart. Had car towed to Springfield and this shop agreed to take a look at it the same day. They replaced the fuel pump and got me going so I could make it home. A very positive experience and can't say enough good things about this place.

Thank you Johnson and Johnson and all the guys that work. they have took care of both of my vehicles 2013 Ford E350 and a 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500. My Chevy Silverado had a tapping noise I've spent thousands of dollars to fix it and still was not fixed. Come to find out it was just a oil gasket. Appreciate you guys .Timothy

Very reasonable, very nice & was able to fit me the next day!
On a Thursday, around three weeks ago, I noticed my car was leaking oil. I called all around town explaining the situation. Everyone I had called said it would at least be Tuesday, next Friday or over 2 weeks out, that they could even get me in the shop. Which I totally understood because the cold weather brings out all the car problems! I called Johnson & Johnson and over the phone, he already had an idea on what it could be. He said the soonest they would be able to get me in is on Monday. We kept talking about the problem with my car and he mentioned that if I wanted to bring it in that same day (Thursday), they could possibly work on it the next day if there was any no shows or cancelations. They are closed on the weekend so if they weren't able to work on it Friday, they would work on it on Monday. I dropped my car off that same day and around 1pm the next day, I got a call that it was done. Not even 24 hours later, it was done!
Also, everywhere I had called said it would be around a certain price range. Johnson & Johnson said $100-$200 cheaper than most places in town told me. After taxes, It was the exact price he said over the phone. I went to pick my car up and he explained what happened and actually showed me the piece they replaced.
Also, the guy who answered the phone when I originally called was professional, nice and very understanding.
3 weeks later, no more oil leaking and no problems have came up. I can't recommend them enough!!

Awesome service. Traveling Rte 66 and had a brake issue. They diagnosed to verify the issue was as suspected.
They gave an estimate that was very fair.
I suspected the other side may develop the same wheel bearing issue.and haven't been satisfied with a different shops work on the front so they repaired all, rotated and adjusted the steering. All just under a thousand.
Very knowledgeable and friendly service.
Highly recommended.

Treat customers fairly. Honest up front pricing. They also stand by their work. So glad I found these guys. Hard to find a decent mechanic shop in Springfield these days!

Great to find a mechanic close by that I find trustworthy. My partner and I have taken a couple vehicles in for a few different things and have been treated fairly every time. They’ve never tried to sell me anything extra when I’m there. They tell me what they performed, things they recommend I get looked at soon and send me on my way. They don't bring me a price list of tire quotes or any of that garbage, and I can really appreciate it. They will continue to get my business as long as I live in Springfield!

The guys at Johnson and Johnson saved our roadtrip! Our alternator went out and when every other shop we called told us it would be a few days before they would look at our car, Johnson and Johnson told us to bring it in immediately. They worked quickly, did great work at a more than fair price, and we got back on the road. Highly recommend!

Johnson and Johnson has repaired my 2001 Chevy Suburban twice in the last couple of months, for different problems. They have been very professional, and did the repairs in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
