I’ve bought all my tv room furniture (2 sofas and a recliner) and 2 of my living room chairs from La-Z-Boy, as well as 2 sofa beds in my previous home. All the sales personnel I’ve dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The delivery personnel were efficient.Will choose them again.

I won't buy another lazy boy again. We have purchased furniture from this store in the past. I bought an electric recliner spring 2025. I sat in two recliners in the store. One was a rocker and one wasn't. The salesman said otherwise they were the same chair. In both chairs my feet touched the floor. This was the most important thing to me in a new chair. They delivered it in July. My feet hung down, nowhere close to touching the floor! They said you have to sit in the chair over time so it moulds to your body. Eventually the seat would go down and my feet would touch. Because this chair hurts my shoulders, I could only manage to sit an hour a day. A tech came to my house and adjusted something which made very little difference. The manager at the store refused to trade or refund my money. I think the reason they tell you to sit in it so it will mould to your body is so they can say you've had it to long and will do nothing about it.

We're not greeted when we entered. No other customers in the store. Manager was perturbed that we interrupted him. Referred us to the sales assistant on the phone. Just bought a house. Lazy Boy just missed out on a $20k sale.
