I bought a power recliner it atleast three months to get it July 2023, February 2024 my power box quit working I called the repair service, left messages to return my calls 3 times I received none, I paid extra for warranty service. Finally I just order the power box on Amazon cost was $80.00 it did fix the chair. I am calling the better business, I will never buy lazy boy chair again or atthe Springfield il store again.

Do not buy from this Lazy Boy dealerThere service rating is actually below one star, I gave them a total of $200. For two service calls and another $38 to pay for shipping of parts. After working with them for 3 months they never ordered the parts and did not fix our recliner couch. I told them to cancel the order and fixed the couch myself . They would not refund The $38 I gave them for shippingDo not buy from this place!!

Worst customer service one could imagine. Purchased a new coffee table and two new end tables piad for their assembly so if there was any issues they would be "taken care of" which is a lie and scam! Two of the three tables are like teter totters. For we had communication for the first month about getting them fixed or it being "made right" for the last two months they had ignored all calls text and emails sent to them. Needless to say we will never spend another dollar with them

The Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with my experience!UpdateWhen I picked up my recliners, got it home and put it together, I was stabbed in the hand by a nail or staple sticking out through the material. Also one seat sits weird, like it has more padding on one side. I called the service department, they want to come out to repair it, I said I would just like to exchange it for one that is not defective, she said they can’t. I called the store, they were busy and would call back…..no call back happened. I called again, same thing. I called yet again and talked to Robert, he said they will repair it. I expressed my concerns and said, I just want to exchange it for one that is not broken. I also wanted to use a discount that I received for doing the survey but forgot to use when purchasing a couch ( before I knew the problems I would have with this store/company). I forgot to use it after a long conversation with the sales guy Michael. Robert called two days later and said the manager said I can’t exchange it and they won’t honor the coupon. I told Robert I wanted to talk to the manager, he made a reference that I was a nice lady when I came into the store. Never received a call from the manager, I called again, and still never received a call from the manager. They are great when they are selling to you, but not great after they got their sale. I am now stuck with a defective chair, haven’t heard from any of them. Went to cooperate site, sent the CEO a message and went through the customer service on that site. Nothing back from the CEO and customer service said they can’t do anything. Wow! What happened to La-Z-boy?! This is not okay business practice!

We came in looking for a new rocker recliner for my daughter. Our salesman, Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable on which type of chair we might be interested in.We will definitely be back to the Springfield, Illinois store.

I ordered a chair that cost $1400 on October 4th. It arrived on November 5th. When I tried to arrange delivery, the earliest date available was December 7th. I decided to buy a recliner somewhere else (Bought the chair one day and it was delivered less than 24 hours later....thanks Hendricks in Virden). When I tried to get my money back, there was a 10% restocking fee. They want to charge me $120 for a chair I never had possession of. On top of that, I've made 2 trips into the store and only the person who sold me the chair can refund my money. One of the worst examples of customer service I've ever had.
