I want to start off by saying Chad, Anthony and Bill are amazing. If you’re looking to buy a car highly recommend them. Now for the bad part of this dealership. It’s one big circus. Dave didn’t give us the time of day to buy a car. Our test drive was him driving it through the parking lot. He has left several sour taste in our mouths. He always has an attitude and is disrespectful. I’m a loyal customer at this dealership. I’ve bought cars off of this dealership in the past. We have took the vehicle I bought that was not detailed prior to buying it there since then 3 times to the dealership to get it detailed. And have got the run around everytime. I had a rental car for 3 days and my car was not touched. And not to mention they couldn’t find my keys for a while. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. It has went down hill!

Scott and Rob were both very professional and friendly. They made the experience of buying a new Chrysler Pacifica less stressful for my wife and me. Their patience, demeanor and knowledge made the transaction move along smoothly. The van is exactly what we expected and we are happy with the excellent service that Scott and Rob provided.

This was actually the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Chris was awesome as well as everyone else at Landmark, I really appreciate his honesty and the patience he took in helping find the perfect vehicle. He also educated me on vehicle maintenance and what to look for when purchasing a vehicle as a woman purchasing alone that meant a lot.

Came in with a car I bought from hear and came out with a truck, Anthany was great plus the finance department, they worked as a team to find something that fit in my financial condition, good service good sails team love the new truck it’s always a pleasure to work with professionals that try and make a successful proses a good experience I strongly recommend !!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I needed transmission service for my 2020 Ram 1500 in April. The service dept kept my truck a couple days, taking pictures of my transmission, to get warranty approval. A couple weeks passed and they told me they needed to see the truck again, for more pictures. They said Dodge transmissions are sealed and when they go bad, they need replaced. Said they'd get the new transmission ordered and let me know. I rented a cheap car and waited. Week and a half passed. I called to check. No progress, no repairs, just my truck just sitting on a lift. I asked them to refill the transmission so I could return the rental and have my vehicle for work. It's early May at this point. I waited all summer, calling and checking. Leaving messages. Not getting responses. Kathy, the lady running the service department, is useless and was in a bad mood every time I encountered her. I finally got her on the phone in early November, to find out the dealership had nobody working on warranties this whole time. She told me the warranty company needed a third set of photos now, because it'd been a while since the last images they'd received. I asked Kathy if I needed to bring my truck back to her dealership, since they're incompetent, wondering if thee would be any progress lost if I went somewhere else. She told me to go somewhere else. They'd start the process over there. They should put a sign outside their building telling all of us to just go somewhere else. Going to Landmark, Chrysler, Jeep and Fiat is a waste of time.

We asked for a second key when we were signing the paperwork. We have contacted them multiple times about it .All we have gotten is the run around, a month later still NO KEY.
