Had a terrible time just trying to get someone to communicate with me. I had 4 messages in to them before someone finally responded. Then they low balled the value of my car to the point I was insulted. I kept my current vehicle. Should've saved my time.

Hunter is hands down the kind of service advisor you want if you own a Cadillac and don’t want to end up selling plasma to pay for repairs. I brought mine in making noises like a marching band in a blender. Hunter didn’t flinch; he translated my ‘weird clunking’ and ‘squeaky chirpy thing’ into real repair terms.
Turns out it needed front struts, a brake switch, and a new wheel speed sensor. Hunter explained it like he was narrating a Netflix special: ‘Basically, your suspension’s been auditioning for Riverdance, and your ABS system thinks you’re doing donuts in a Walmart parking lot even when you’re not.’
He had me laughing while still somehow convincing me it was better to fix it now than wait until my car left me stranded on I-95 looking like an unpaid Uber driver. Honest, hilarious, and somehow made car repairs feel like a comedy show with a happy ending. 10/10 would let him diagnose my noises again.”

Hunter is the best hands down, very knowledgeable I had a misfire on my cts and I needed spark plugs and a coil pack. Hunter was able to get it in the shop and the repair done the same day!

Hunter helped me get back on the road. He was a huge help. He also showed me how to properly use my compound bow. After his private lesson I was able to hit a deer from 600ft away. 10/10
