My experience with Landmark was perfect! We had a wonderful salesman named Will Watkins that helped us through every step of the process and Damon Lee was an outstanding Finance Manager that thoroughly explained the financing. Landmark has an amazing team and we were so blessed to work with Will and Damon. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Landmark!!

Was able to schedule repair very quickly, Service manager very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, courteous. Truck repaired at appointment time, repaired correctly, and returned very clean

We purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer ST. Jeremy was our amazing Salesman. Very knowledgeable, went above and beyond for us. I'm not easy to work with lol. Fred helped us alot closing the deal. He was awesome as well. Ask for these two great guys if your wanting to purchase a vehicle. You won't be disappointed! We love our new Explorer ST.

Terrible communication for close to an entire year. I was insulted by employee “Chris Young” for a recall issue. Reviews taken down never gotten a response don’t buy a car here you will regret it.

As a senior, I’ve bought and sold my share of cars, but I have to be honest, my experience at Landmark Ford was the easiest, most considerate, and fairest negotiation I’ve ever experienced. My salesman Eric, was so helpful and respectful and then after meeting most if not all of the owners, I felt like family. Trading cars is no fun but Landmark did their very best to make it a positive experience for me. Thank you Landmark!

I have always gone to Landmark Ford for all my vehicles including my family. They provide peace of mind and help even if the situation is out of their hands. For an example recently my 2020 Ford Escape started acting up so I'm thinking yep, time to trade just got 2 yrs ago not even 90,000 miles yet. However, when I went my salesman Jeremy Lookis said we need to dig deeper. I said yeah but your store can't get me in until over a month away because of staffing, which in my opinion isn't their fault we all work short these days. He said I have a solution we get you in at our East location. It worked. This is one of the many I choose to buy cars here, not to mention they work hard to find a bank to finance you and work with you. Please if you are looking to get a new or gently used vehicle look for Jeremy Lookis at Landmark Ford, he will find a deal that fits you and your lifestyle.
