Disappointing Service and Lack of Resolution I recently brought my RV to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center in hopes of getting my AC unit fixed. Unfortunately, my experience with their service was far from satisfactory. Upon their initial inspection, they informed me that my AC unit was low on Freon but not leaking. I trusted their expertise and paid the hefty $290 service charge, hoping that my AC would finally start blowing cool air again. However, to my dismay, the problem persisted even after their supposed repair. When I reached out to Landmark Ford Truck Service Center to request a reevaluation, they said they would look into my complaint and get back with to me with to do further diagnosis to determine the issue and come up with a resolution, to date I've not heard back from anyone regarding my complaint. This lack of willingness to rectify the situation left me feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to correct their mistakes. However, Landmark Ford Truck Service Center's unwillingness to address the ongoing issue with my RV's AC unit has left me with no choice but to seek assistance elsewhere. I expected better service and a resolution from a reputable service center like Landmark Ford Truck Service Center. Their failure to deliver on their promises has not only inconvenienced me but also left me out of pocket for a service that didn't yield any positive results. Based on my personal experience, I regretfully cannot recommend Landmark Ford Truck Service Center for RV repairs. It's important for customers to be cautious when considering their services, as my experience suggests a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and effective problem-solving.

Jeremy was very helpful in finding us find our perfect SUV! He listened to all our needs, and our budget limits. Jordan in financing was also great. Going car shopping can be a nightmare, but they made it a great experience all around!

Wonderful experience with the service department. Chris my service representative was kind, considerate, and efficient. Not only did they do a great job with the truck, they kept me informed of the progress, and even arranged to deliver the truck back to me. What great Service.. I'm very impressed. Great job Landmark.

I had a great experience in purchasing from Landmark Ford. My Wife and I found the perfect vehicle. All that we were wanting in a vehicle. Tinted windows, cruise control and economical. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Landmark. We will surely be return buyers in the future. I would like to thank Carlos and the whole staff for their friendliness and professionalism in helping us in finding what we wanted. God Bless you all. So happy we went with Landmark! Brad was so helpful and seriously he understands what vehicle will work best for your budget! A lot of factors came in to play but the overall savings is what sealed the deal for us. We love our Malibu and so do the kids! I would highly recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Great team at Landmark Ford! We drove over 5 hours to purchase our new Bronco and the staff was very attentive and helpful. Tyler was great to work with and communicated all of the details very well. When we arrived, the vehicle was already washed and ready for a test drive. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and we were out of there very happy. I would definitely recommend buying your next Ford from this dealer.

Bought my first car from here in February of 2019, after finding out I was pregnant. They said they’d deep clean it for me and never did. The inside was filthy and still had the last owners property inside. The first few weeks were fine then all the sudden my parking break got stuck and we couldn’t unlatch it. When we did finally unlatch it the light won’t go off. I called them and they said to bring it it in and they’d fix the cleaning issue too. I brought it in waited a few hours and was told it’s good to go. Again was not cleaned and the light still on. A few more weeks go by and my battery and alternator go out. They ignore every call and email I sent or had me on hold until I waited so long I had to hang up. Fixed that on my own. Find out the breaks and tire sensors are broken too. One day I’m driving and my car just stops in the middle of Toronto Rd intersection. I’m trying to push my car out of the way in a busy highway and pregnant. My mechanic tells me the transmission case went out as well as the faulty switch and computer system. He also told me the third row has no seat buckles. I call again and get the same treatment only this time my warranty is over so they offer to buy back the SUV for $1500. This place is a rip off. I’m thankful for my mechanic and in laws because they helped me fix the suv so it’s at least drivable now. Unfortunately I won’t be able to get a good trade in for it because it’s a hunk of junk. And I’m out almost $16k for trying to fix this thing for me and my kids.

try to make n appointment for repair to my F-150. First available appointment was 6 weeks out. I was concerned as warranTy running out. I was told take to another dealer or drive something else not his proble!!! Service department is rude and arrogant avoid.

The team that I worked with was amazingly helpful direct and to the point. Every doubt was discussed and worked through. Thank you for your time and patience. Even got to work directly with the finance guy who was great with my family especially my son connected very well. Would recommend 10/10

I had two issues, my headlight and fuel pump. I was told one week to fix it all. At the end of the week I was told by Chris the cost and a new battery and lights were needed. I asked about the fuel pump and was told the new battery would fix it. I asked two more times that a new battery would fix the fuel pump issue, the answer remained yes and they would test the car the next day and report an update. Three days later I called for an update since I was never contacted. I was told the lights were fixed, but for some reason the car wasn't running right when they did a test drive. I asked about the fuel pump replacement and was told they had no clue and would call me back. I got the call back stating the fuel pump needs replaced and it would be another week and $1400 more.

I dealt with salesman, Carlos, at Landmark Ford. Carlos was very personable, assessable, and polite. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that I got the best deal. I left with the car I wanted, and a car note that met my financial needs. He made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and accomplished everything in a timely manner!! Didn’t spend all day working a deal, I was in and out ? He also directed me to the resources I needed to settle my total loss claim, and prepared me for an alternative outcome if deemed necessary. I 100% recommend Carlos. He will tend to you and only you until you are satisfied. He is not occupied with other customers while he is making sure your needs are met. I can say that customer satisfaction is his top priority!! The financial manager that worked my deal was also AMAZING! He made sure I was satisfied as well! Overall, a great experience. Thanks again, Carlos!

Completely misrepresented the vehicle we drove 1 and half hours to see. Said it was 100% perfect. Here's how perfect. Hole in rear bumper cover, massive chips all over it touched up with a lighter blue. There was a dent in the hood, the bumper cover had been painted and didn't mat h. Inner door panel had damage, and damage to the black trim around the windows was broke. They said engine bay was clean and it was far from it. Right side rocker molding scuff marks on the bottom. Then to top it off completely disrespected us especially my wife by Jeff the sales Manager. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience at a dealership ever.

Took my grandson to look at used cars.Went on test drive of a vehicle around Landmark, but didn't go on interstate, which was a mistake. It was his 1st purchase of a vehicle & it had issues when my grandson drove it home. I'm not sure, but I think it's the transmission. So he didn't drive it, only when taking back to Landmark to have service dept. check it out on Monday. It's interesting that Landmark didn't know about the issue with the vehicle.We'll see what happens as this situation progresses, which I'm quite disappointed.Well it continues to be a disappointment with the purchase of this vehicle that's been In the serviceDept. for a week & based on the following Landmark Ford doesn't know the status of the Vehicle.Kelby waiting on Carlos to call him back. He wasn't there when hewas (5.30) and no one could seem to tell him what was going on with the car. I find that ridiculous. Then they said their service system has been down since Friday. Why couldn't they call the service department or just walk over there and find out the status of the car.There was a ten day vehicle exchange on the sticker based on warranty which not sure what that means. He's does have a rental/loaner to drive.But I feel bad on Kelby's 1st purchase of a vehicle & the way things are going.

For this purchase I worked with both Zach Elmore and Rick Larson. Both gentlemen were very accommodating to my requests and wants. Excellent customer service from both. I had worked with Zach on a prior purchase and both times I have been impressed. The service after the sale has been great as well. Will buy from landmark in the future if they keep up this great service and work
