One of the worst experiences was told get more for your trades yeah if you want below wholesale and completely rude and sales man talked to us while trying to help someone else do not recommend this dealership Jackson Ford offered me over $3000.00 more for my trade thanks for wasting my time and gas driving over 40 minutes to the dealership and almost a hour there and no test drive of the trade

It was a very good experience buying our new Outlander. Our sales person was Austin. He knew about the vehicle explaining everything we asked him. He even rode with us on our test drive since we were not familiar with the area. The rest of the staff we talked to were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Landmark Mitsubishi if you are in the market for a new vehicle!!!

I had left a review years ago when purchasing my 2020 Outlander. I don’t see that out there now to edit.
Purchasing the vehicle went well back when I bought it. Cole was great and I’d recommend their team to purchase a vehicle from.
However, I wouldn’t recommend buying a Mitsubishi vehicle specifically.
I purchased a new vehicle and am expected to pay $1,300 a few years later to replace the screen and digitizer that seems to be a manufacturer issue and not a consumer one. A quick Google search and you’ll see that this is a widespread issue.
The screen controls key settings on my: locks, mirrors, lights and other integral parts of my vehicle.
It seemed as if Landmark understood the gravity of what was going on and was fair in the diagnosis fee.
Maybe this review is better suited for the manufacturer but I just can’t see myself supporting a manufacturer
that won’t stand behind their products and service.

I am impressed with the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander. A lot of car for the money and with 0% financing it was an amazing purchase. Our salesman, Jake, was very attentive and helpful throughout the process.
