“Wow!! Outstanding customer service!! My father has been going here for years for dry cleaning and loves the whole team - they know him by name. While visiting, I had an issue with an item I dropped off to be pressed and I was directed to speak with the manager. Emily was kind, empathic, and offered various solutions to make things right. Mistakes happen and the way she handled this exceeded my expectations. Ownership and kindness is such a rarity in today's world. I am very impressed and beyond grateful for the way in which I was treated and the remedy options given. Highly recommend!”

“I would give this place a 5 star if one of men that work were there all the time. The ladies never ever clean the place. I’ve even asked the younger brunette to clean a washer because it was disgusting and she did a horrible job. I asked her what’s up with that because it was so dirty and she said she cleaned it how she was trained to. So I guess leaving nasty stuff all in it was how she was trained. I usually pay attention to who is on staff and only do my laundry if it’s one of the ones who keep it clean. Otherwise it’s a pretty decent place.”

“Went there the other night after work ( large loads due to unexpected repair needed to my machine) was not looking forward to being there late plus the neigbhood isn't the greatest but it was late. It ended up being a great experience, in and out plus the older gentleman working was so kind and helpful even. Making sure I got everything out to the car safely.”

“Our heating element went out on our dryer. Came here to dry my wet clothes and the gentleman who works there paid for me!! The speed queen had my clothes dry in 24 minutes. I wouldn't expect to have your laundry paid for but tonight just happened to be my night for some good karma and super fast dried clothes!”
“I've had a few pants and dresses altered and some dresses dried cleaned. This is my go to place and i tell everyone about them if they are needed clothes mended. They are honest and very reasonable.”
