“First off, the staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to converse with. The variety of spirits are immense , I like to think of myself as a amateur bourbon lover. The owner didn't play the usual gatekeeper games I have encounter at other establishments in town. He asked me if I was looking for something special and showed me a variety of hard to find bourbons, at reasonable prices. I will definitely be giving them almost all of my future business. Ps I don't often take the time to post a review, but I felt it was warranted”
“Great customer service. Hot and fresh food. The hash brown bites have eggs and sausage and cheese in them they are delicious. It was about 10:30 this morning. Clean store and clean parking lot.

“We don't drink alcohol, so we had never been inside The Corkscrew until today when we attended a Celebration of Life for a recently deceased friend. The event was well set up with plenty of seating, an excellent buffet, a nice selection of red and white wines, and large glasses of ice water for us and non-drinking friends. It was a convivial atmosphere that helped us with the sadness we felt for our departed friend. We also thought it would be a nice venue for a party with all the work done for us rather than having it in our home.”

“We came in to check out the store as travelers thru the area. I found several items that I can't get where I live in the South so was happy to find them here. If I lived here it would definitely be a grocery store that I'd shop at regularly as they have quite a good selection. The service was good and the store is set up nicely.”

“They have a great assortment of alcohol, including from local breweries. My husband loves the pumpkin pie ale from Hand of Fate and the coffee blonde ale from Springfield Brewing Company. This is our go to place to shop for beer.”
