Yesterday 8/27/2022, my friend and I spent hours in Springfield trying to find a professional outfit. We struck out at many stores, but found the perfect outfit at Loft. The store was quite busy and your employee Rylan was running around helping everyone, checking back in with guests, and putting things away. She was incredibly friendly and was wonderful at her job! She wasn’t the only employee in the store, but she seemed to be doing more than her share. Thanks for a great experience.
