I ordered countertop on February 1st, the guy in the countertop company told me and showed me on his computer from ordering to install it was 3-4 weeks.
First, they didn’t even come to measure until February 20th. Now they are not coming to install till March 28th, 8 weeks after I ordered. So for anyone ordering countertop, beware that they are bull shit and it was take at least 8 weeks. Also, the change order was an extra $600 because they tac on fees they don’t tell you about. Go with Home Depot instead.

If you are doing any big projects, make the drive and go someplace else. After spending thousands with them on numerous renovation and construction projects for them to misplace our items or sell stock we have ordered out from under us after making the almost hour drive there just to have to make multiple trips again. I wish this was a one time occurrence but has happened 4 times now in the last 2 years. Spend your money someplace where they are reliable and won't set your projects back.

I went to this location yesterday to exchange a bathroom vanity faucet with receipt in hand. I mistakenly bought a 4 inch wide and need an 8. I wasn’t aware of a deadline to exchange and the lady checking me out was very rude and didn’t care to work with me at all to help me get the right product. Very disappointed as I drove 1.5 hours to make the exchange and had to leave with a product that will not fit our vanity. I didn’t think an exchange for an unopened product would be a problem at all. I just needed the exact product just the bigger size.
Edit to add: I guess the policy is 90 day return and I was at 95 days.. 5 days past and they refused to help me.

I took my sister out to look at some LED light. One of the workers asked if we needed assistance and we said yes. They didn't have the ones we wanted though. He was very helpful and polite.
