I had 2 employees helping me look for a rubber door stop. They were very kind. I would give 5 stars except they didn't have what I was looking for. The staff was very helpful.

BUYER BEWARE! Bought a almost $2000 Kenmore fridge that was faulty and destroyed my flooring costing me thousands in repairs to my house. Lowes insurance company is based out of China and I have fought to get reimbursed for the damage for over a year now. If you're buying appliances I would definitely go somewhere with a better reputation for taking care of people when they sell equipment that is faulty. So far I'm not seeing lowes help at all and have had to fix everything out of pocket.

Since September 2023 date of purchase, I've had nothing but a nightmare experience with Lowe's and ALL of Lowe's affiliates! The delivery service scratched my flooring and I reported it to the Better Business Bureau. The Lowe's executive team did NOTHING and continued to call me while I was at work when I told them to wait until my lunch hour or after or before work. They said that they could not get involved because it was up to the DELIVERY COMPANY who would never get back to me or my landlord. Jessica with their delivery service who is based out of California is a joke! I had to send repeated pictures and emails to her more than 5 times! It took months to get my landlord compensation for the flooring damage! Then, I called the extended warranty plan I have with Lowe's to get my dryer fixed because since September it hasn't been drying and it's brand new! It takes 2-3 full cycles and the clothes are still not dry enough. They say, "We're going to need you to do a test kit first" rep Renee said she sent me one 12 days ago and she said it was coming Fedex. I called back today and spoke with a Dawn who said Renee NEVER SENT THE KIT OUT. She said since that happened, she would get a service tech out called Chamber Services out of Bloomington, IL and scheduled me for Thursday between 12p-5p. Chamber called me back because I had left a voicemail about my work hours so we could work around them and they said I was NEVER SCHEDULED for a service call that Lowe's has NO WAY to see their schedule! Then Chamber started making excuses that it's not my dryer, it's MY VENT and that they wouldn't even come after I was told by Lowe's warranty team that I was scheduled under my protection plan!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and absurdity! I will again be reporting all of this to the better business bureau. I will also be making videos advising everyone and warning them to never ever do business with Lowe's I will be doing whatever I have to , to get it out there that there is ZERO accountability with this company. Zero customer service and ZERO integrity.

DON'T YOU BELIEVE THEM... My wife and I recently bought carpet for our three bedrooms at Lowe's before the holidays, and we were ASSURED that my veteran discount would apply. However, after I took a look at the invoice which had several discrepancies, but there was also numerous errors on the receipt...fuzzy accounting. Not only did we not get the 10% veterans discount, we were overcharged 100 sqft of carpet which wasn't used. And even after I told them that the estimated sqft-age was wrong and no one bothered to correct it. So, I'm stick with 100 sqft of carpet I can't use... Everyone was in a BIG hurry to get the SALE, but no one bothered to make sure it was correct. And when I brought these discrepancies up to the sales staff, I was assured everything was going to be worked out. But now that the SALE is finalized, it none of their concern and the only thing the sales rep says, is "I'm Sorry", like my wife and I didn't hear her correctly. NO, WE WERE LIED TO!!! In fact, everyone we dealt in the Flooring Department lied to us. I asked ever time we were in Lowe's trying to select the right carpet. I have a GOOD-MIND to take them to court. They misrepresented themselves, lies numerous times to get the SALE. I don't know if they know this but oral contracts are binding in the State of Illinois. And to top it all off, we never received the GIFT CARD for 10% off the carpet... WTH is this Lowe's coming to...

We selected our products and upon approaching the checkouts for purchasing the store has gone entirely to self check outs other than commercial purchases where only one register was staffed to push people to self checkouts. She was the stores saving grace for our purchase. I was in the process of leaving our entire cart as I was directed to commercial sales. Lowe’s will be another store that claims “that is the way of the future” and will be one less that is patronized.

I recently purchased a media cabinet with fireplace insert from the store in Springfield Illinois. After 3 hours of assembly time I finally get to the part for adding the logs to the fireplace. After unwrapping the logs I discovered they were broken. I followed the instructions for broken or missing parts and called the number only to find out they didn't have that part in stock, I would need to take it back to the store for an exchange. We live 35 miles one way from the store and this was not going to be an easy task. I decided to visit the store and see if they could help me solve this dilemma. WOW, you talk about great customer service. I was put in contact with a store manager by the name of Noah. What an exceptional young man. He was very polite and understanding and got me another set of logs out of a different unit. The young lady at the customer service desk was very polite as well. Great job, Lowes Team!

Terrible service in the doors department. We bought three doors (two entrance doors and a storm door) back in March 2023. We were given an ETA of 1 month for the doors to arrive from the manufacturer (due to it being a "custom" order) and another month wait for the installation. A custom order meant the sticker price tripled, but we decided to proceed. We signed the purchase and installation agreement and we began to make our payments through our Lowe's credit card. It is now October 2023 and only one door has been successfully installed. We have been given multiple reasons for the delays and errors: measurement errors by the manufacturer, mistakes by Lowe's employees, internal errors on Lowe's computer systems. Although every employee at the store was friendly and attempted to help, it would appear that no one there has the required training to manage their systems.

It's a Lowes, no one cares and they are there doing whatever keeps them off the radar. Also, you're lucky if the one knowledgeable person is working at the time. Happy hunting

No help in some departments had to get 2 different power chairs because I am handicap and have a hard time walking long distances and I still had to sit in the plumbing department to plug the second chair in get the battery up so I could do my shopping I was in the plumbing department for 45 min still didn't get any help I spent over 700.00 but I think I am going back to Menards the manager of plumbing need to find a new job if I was the manager of this store I was looking for some plumbing things but couldn't find them I even looked in some boxes to see what was in them the box was in were the pipe fitting get this there were 9 different pipes fittings and more in the box and there were more places like that in plumbing

Look up David Snow from this Lowes. They tolerate racism and try to erase any evidence of it because they know they are guilty. Go to Home Depot, they actually are inclusive of all races and have better customer service and quality. Disgusting display of character.

I enjoy this store because the store seems smaller that the other store and depending on what I want to do. I use the red buttons, could use bigger print. Then I am in need of more choice I use the on Dirksen. Both stores always ask, Veteran. ?
