Once again they remind me why I try everything not to shop there. I always check clearance stuff. Found a refrigerator on a deal. Asked if I can pick up tomorrow dude said sure thing. We can hold it and have any day you want to pick it up marked. Come back to pay. He's gone. Some lady comes to help since not one person in the appliance department was in there. Every single one on lunch. Well she shows up and sais we have to take it with us now. All clearance items must be Takin with at purchase time. Which I totally understand. But wow. What happened to customer service is unfortunate. Both men that talked to me were super nice. But that manager lady was rude af. I'll never shop there again now. I'll order anything I want for full price before I return there to buy anything for me personally. Rude ass customer service. What happened to putting sold on a piece of paper and taping it on there smh. Not everyone has a truck and trailer. And especially last minute. If I knew it was there and on sale I'd have been prepared. You can not expect some chick in a car that's literally looking around at stuff and stumbles apon a huge refrigerator on sale to be able to leave with it lol They also would not deliver it either. WHAT A JOKE OF A Business practice.

Shopping at this Lowe's was the worst retail experience of my life. I paid over $7000 for cabinets and when they arrived a month later I realized I'd been lied to.
The quote I received for Shenandoah Pro cabinets (13 cabinets and 4 boxes of parts/trim) Lists the construction option as "Standard" with 1/2 inch "engineered wood" boxes. There are a variety of materials that can be called engineered wood, so I called their salesman and asked him whether he meant MDF, HDF, or something else. He specified that the boxes would be made of HDF, and I am fully certain this was his answer because I wrote it in my notes that day on the quote I was given.
When I took the first cabinet out of the cardboard I immediately realized it was not HDF, it was chipboard (AKA particle board, a terrible material not suitable for cabinet construction) when I called to make my complaint their salesman hung up on me.
I returned them, with tremendous effort on my part. It's worth noting that every time you call Lowe's it takes at least 90 seconds to get a human, and I had to call them 10 times over the course of a couple weeks to finally get an answer as to where my money was. For a long while nobody could give me a straight answer until one day I was informed that there was a physical paper check being mailed to the store, like we're living in the 1900's. I ended up having to drive an hour to the store and back just to get my refund.
I paid on Nov 13th, was lied to and sent the wrong thing, and didn't get my refund until Jan 18th. Essentially, they lied to me and got a $7000+ interest-free loan from me for over 2 months, a nice way to artificially pad their yearly sales numbers I'm sure.
I will never again spend money at Lowe's

Would have given zero. Employees everywhere but at registers or where they’re being paged too. They just walk right past you and you at you like you’re inconveniencing them. Nobody around to help with gift cards and when you go to the desk they give you dirty looks with no other acknowledgment. Absolutely terrible customer service. Seems these people are being paid to stand around and do nothing

They never have A lot of selections or options. Have to order type of things. Have to check yourself out. Really disappointed in this.

Bought some electrical supplies and bought one piece too many tried to take it back without a receipt and they would not take it back. The clerk was glad to point out in three different places at the return desk that said no receipt no return. But I never seen it at the checkouts or on the receipt itself very disappointed I will limit my shopping here and go to Menards

If I could give a zero I would. Brand new LG dishwasher without even one load of dishes run through it wouldn’t drain. Spoke to a manager who informed me I need to contact the manufacturer..yeah, that typical run around. Told him that was unacceptable and he hung-up on me. Now, I’m inconvenienced again by a 12 hour window for them to come pick up the $700 piece of junk they sold me. Go to Menards across the street.

Just had a refrigerator delivered over $800. They were friendly, but, they had to take doors off to switch sides and now they barely shut. Bottom door can barely hold things in the door. Very upset! They weren't even their own tools in the beginning!
