“Very professional and both employees I spoke with were friendly. The gentleman who guided me into the garage - showing me how far to pull up was very nice. When I first pulled up to the door, it was raining hard. I pulled up right beside the sign that says to call them to get in. I drive an SUV and the sign was down low, so I didn't see it. The man had to come out in the rain to tell me to call the number. This would have upset most people because again, it was pouring rain and I didn't follow simple instructions, but he was so very nice about it and even spoke to me again inside the garage because he knew I felt bad and rather stupid for not reading the sign. You have a great employee there. I don't know his name, but he was probably 55-60 yrs old.The tech that drew my blood was very nice as well.It was very refreshing to experience your professional, caring staff. I would definitely recommend your facility.”

“Margo was fantastic. She took time to help us navigate a billing issue we had as a self-pay customer and was all around friendly and professional in taking the samples.

Everything that came before Margo was a bit impersonal and rigid; there's no way to call this specific office and there's no receptionist at the front desk, so if you have any questions that aren't a part of the cookie cutter process it's hard to navigate. In our case the check-in process on the kiosk worked fine.”
