“I walked into Springfield Clinic having a respiratory emergency expecting to be turned away and sent to the ER or ExpressCare. From the moment I arrived at the reception desk they gave me nothing but the best care and attention. The receptionist quickly stopped what she was doing and was totally attentive to my needs. She made sure she got a hold of the nurse as quickly as possible alerting them of my issue. They could’ve turned me away and told me that I need to go to the ER but they didn’t. They kept a watchful eye over me every couple moments to make sure I was OK. They quickly rushed me to the back to take care of my respiratory issue . I was having an asthma attack that I could not control. I ended up seeing my pulmonologist (Dr. Moja) and getting a steroid injection to stop the attack. Thank God for the caring people of Springfield Clinic during my time of need. This is why I always return to “MY” Springfield Clinic . Thank you”
