The pharmacists and techs are efficient and very friendly. They’re more of a hometown vibe than impersonal/ corporate. Easy to request refills and schedule vaccinations online. There’s been a couple glitches over the 5+ years I’ve been using Meijer RPh but they are a TREMENDOUS improvement compared to the national chain pharmacy in Chatham I switched from. I very much appreciate their hard work.

The staff was very nice, but the website is incorrect about walk-in vaccines. The pharmacist last night told us that it's Meijer policy that it needs to be scheduled and it can't be scheduled for the same day. He was very nice about it, but Meijer needs to update their website.

Staff consistently excellent. The few times we've had an issue, it was resolved quickly and professionally. We would go nowhere else, given how complex insurance coverage has become.

Rating the Meijer Pharmacy a 4 as John is so wonderful as a Pharmacist but Todd’s customer service drives it way down - averaging it out to a 4. Customer service is difficult to find these days - but I applaud John for his kindness and service.

I have had trouble with their pharmacy since they didn’t order the medication I had an active prescription of which was time sensitive and had to be picked up in a certain period of time. Since then, I have switched that medication to be sent to Walgreens and today switched all my others ones because they couldn’t/wouldn’t call my doctors for a refill. I went a week without a medication because they didn’t tell me they hadn’t contacted my doctor.

I used to be able to get generic Vyvanse from Meijer Pharmacy for $16 with my insurance. Today I tried to fill it and they said they don't carry generic anymore and they only carry brand name. WITH insurance it would be $329. Scummy.

Some ghetto looking pharmacist yelled at me for a mistake they made and then lied to have me removed from getting refills. Names will be posted when received and a formal complaint with Meijer and state board of pharmacy will be filed.

Been a client since 2019 (veterinarian) until today after speaking with pharmacy manager/pharmacist Sonja concerning a refill overcharge of a cats libre 2 sensor that my tech picked up. the prior two times cost was $41 and this time was 82. When I originally called in the script for this cat who had it 2 times before I provided the previous prescription number and said I wanted same as before. The tech picking up said they instead created a new account when she was at drive up window and was made a point that previous call was wrong. So a duplicate account was made with wrong name and dob. Asked why new account created despite prior 2 scripts and why double cost. Was told the tech didn’t specify the discount and she refused to credit the card cost difference. They’ve lost my business.
