I live in a small town...50 miles either to Springfield or Quincy.. great selection of mdse... Love the 11%off.. rebates to use on mdse... You could build a house 🏡 with everything there.😃

Five-Star Shopping Experience at Menards – Springfield, IL!**
Today, I had the pleasure of shopping at Menards on Dirksen Parkway, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I purchased two Muscle Rack shelves, and let me tell you—they are absolutely **awesome**. These shelves are built like a tank—strong, dependable, and crafted with outstanding quality. Whether for storage, organization, or heavy-duty use, they are an excellent investment.
Beyond the fantastic products, Menards truly excels in creating a top-tier shopping experience. The **customer service** was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The store was **spotlessly clean**, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.

I want to give a big shout out to the front and Person. I can’t think of the woman’s name, but she was excellent with my return. I had a lawnmower and I was having a hard time locating the receipt and I was informed that I had to call a service center. I tried to call that service center. They were unable to help me And this woman I felt like went above and beyond because I needed my grass mowed. I don’t typically leave reviews. Hopefully, this person sees this cause I definitely was frustrated. If it was not for bad luck, I would not have any luck at all

At least weekly ,I make a trip to Menards for one reason or another. But it particularly makes me happy when I save my 11% and even more overjoyed when I spend my 11% rebate. Not generally thrilled with the management during Covid but still prefer Menards over Lowe’s.

I posted two negative reviews on other local businesses I don't want to be the negative Nelly that just has bad things to say. I bought a house 2 years ago that needed a lot of work I've bought almost everything I needed to have Menards. The people are great! The guys at the lumber desk know what they are talking about. I was a contractor in business for almost 40 years in California. It's rare for me not to know exactly what I want but every time I had a question the lumber desk has had the answer or great suggestions. The lumber here in Illinois is much better quality than what I was able to get in California. I bought a new refrigerator and paid for half of a new washer using my rebates. I love this place.
