This is a great shoe store. I have been there twice and have been completely satisfied with the customer service, selection, and quality of shoes offered here. I have a leg brace so I need knowledgeable staff. The manager Jordan is fantastic. Unfortunately, the Springfield location is closing at the end of May 2024. They are having a really good sale right now so it's a great time to get some quality shoes and quality customer service. I see the mixed reviews and all I can say is that I have never experienced any problems here . We moved here from Orange County CA last year and I've been a Yelper for years, I don't give rave reviews lightly. I am really enjoying Springfield IL.

The young lady that waited on my client was nice. Was given different answers over the phone on when her shoes would be delivered. One younger male I spoke to over the phone was very rude.

Jordan, the new store manager, has really turned into his place around. Caring and considerate attention to my needs for good quality inserts and good walking shoes. We had a great experience and recommend this store highly!

I bought a pair of sandals a few weeks ago. The velcro on the sandals keeps coming undone. I went to the store for an exchange or something, since clearly this was defective. I was told that because I don't have the box it came in, they could do nothing for me. So I've lost $150 on sandals that now will randomly come undone. No one ever told me that policy when I purchased them!! I will never purchase from them again.

It's worth the little extra you pay for knowledgeable staff to make sure you get the right fit and type of shoe. Large selection of all types of shoes. Jordan was very helpful and took the time to get me the right walking shoe for me.

My mom has to wear a brace on her one foot, so it's difficult to find shoes that fit are big enough that the brace fits in and that will also fit her other foot without a brace. It's even more difficult to find a shoe store here people are knowledgeable in shoes and braces. Well, we found that here! David and John were amazing! David knew what shoes would accommodate the brace and John was very patient in assisting my mom with trying numerous shoes. One of the shoes she liked, they didn't have her size in a another color she wanted - John said no problem, we can order that for you! My mom walked out with a new pair of shoes on her feet that actually fit both feet well. Plus the pair we ordered, as well as a pair of dressier shoes she hadn't been able to find. I am so grateful to David and John for their great customer service, the time they spent with my mom and seeing the smile on my moms face for finding shoes that worked! Now she knows we're she can go to find shoes and people who truly understand her specific needs for footwear! Thank you David and John!
