This company's other garbage! They started charging $125 Plus for in town 3 Mile tow during inclement weather. 5 inches of snow in the Midwest is nothing new. Beware of people like these who price gouge and take advantage of folk. I would not do business with this company.

I got towed out of a movie theater lot. They make up fees in addition to the tow fee. They scrapped my spoiler and damaged my transmission dragging it on a truck.

Engine went out in my car on 55 north of Sherman. They arrived in about 20 minutes. Very courteous, both on the phone and in person. My dad was coming to get me from about an hour away. They took me to a convenient spot to meet my dad(Loves in Williamsville) and did not leave until my dad arrived because they wanted to ensure my safety. They are also reasonably priced. I could not have asked for a better experience on an otherwise rough day.

This company is a big SCAM and a joke. There fees are very OUTRAGEOUS 525$ , Considering im from out of town i couldn’t afford paying so much for after only having my car for one Hour and also to mention when calling the company they said my car was already in Spring Field Illinois however, they lied. I headed immediately to Spring Field and noticed the tow truck was behind me barely leaving the mobile home where it was picked up in Jacksonville Illinois . I called the company to tell the tow truck driver to stop and she Didn’t. She was very rude and disrespectful, and very unprofessional. She needs to be FIRED!! Legal action will be taken soon.

This company is a joke. The owner is disrespectful. He makes his drivers use trucks that are not safe what so ever. And it's never his fault for the issues, it's always someone else's. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR A JOB OR A TOW!! Oh and my vehicle was hit by a driver and the owner of the company didn't even pay to fix it. He said it ain't his problem.
