If you make an appointment they're ready for you at y your appointment time -- they don't take a walk in 5 minutes before your appointment like other salons do. Excellent staff, every one of them. Highly recommend.

I take my mom there every 3 weeks, and Duke does an amazing job!!She lost a fingernail and Duke painstakingly gave her a nail to blend in.
