I have used this place for almost a decade. I have always been satisfied with their service however over the years the person behind the counter at the print services has changed. Today, 1-7-25 at
10 am The girl behind the counter at the print services told me she could not scan a document, modify document by changing a price on the Document and re-printing. Office Depot has done this for me for at least the last 6 years. Now I have to figure out a different solution because they no longer have the program to be able to do something they have always done.
Lost a Customer due to this.
I have to take my business elsewhere Unfortunately . Get it figured out

Will no longer be using Office Depot for my print services. Staff were vague, rude and no option to pay with cash in the "self serve" station. Printed documents from what apparently USED to be the self-service computer to have the lady behind the counter get annoyed with me. I was planning on having them laminated, but I'm going to FedEx. When I checked out I tried to be polite and greeted the cashier who said absolutely nothing to me until she gave me my total.

I got screwed by a bigger, more expensive online print shop for some QR codes I needed on business cards. It was for my wedding - safe to say my life was on the line LOL. Brad listened to my plight and expedited the print job right there on the spot. Saved my 🍑 (and also like $70).

Today I bought a box (10 reams) of copy paper online. When I went to the store to pick it up, I asked the young man who took care of me if they have a strong guy to help me with the 50 pound box (I'm 78 with a small build). He said "sure" and put the box into a shopping cart. On previous occasions they have helped me load it into my car.

The team here was amazing. Guided me through a sticky situation. I am glad I called they saved me a lot of time navigating the system. The responsiveness of the team and then Kaylie in the print shot was amazing. Truly a great experience.

The employee was knowledgable about all the printers in the store. He took the time to explain the different features and the pros and cons of each manufacturer and the products the offered. I appreciated his time and candor.
