Very depressing place. The employees didn't seem that friendly as they didn't even have the time to say excuse me when walking by. The containers for the animals were extremely small and the spiders barely even had any room to where if there was anything more inside of that they'd be crushed. This place should not be selling animals at all it really feels like neglect. It wouldn't surprise me if half of these reviews are fake.

Great place to get pet supplies very friendly team members and very knowledgeable on things got a new electrical cat litter box and tried a litter with it and it made a mess went there to see about help with it and they were able to assist no problem and even told me if there was any issues with the litter to bring it back and they could get me a refund on it and try and assist with another type of litter great service and my daughter loved petting then cat they had for a forever home sweet cat very good with her and she is 6 and our current cat won't even let her pet her but this cat was so calm and playful hope he gets a home soon

They have really good facility very nice people but too expensive I don't buy anything there I just like to look it may be my next stop to get a guinea pig maybe when I'm ready they do let you handle the animals so that you can see if you connect PetSmart will not I will not go back to PetSmart
