We stopped while on vacation to pick up a couple items for our pets and the prices were quite High compared to some of the other pet stores in the area.

Worst place ever to take your dog. First time he had a big cut and ended up in hospital and I had to pay $400 for the bill. We called talked to Tyler the manager who told us they will take care of the bill and give him a free grooming.. that was about 2 months ago but nothing done yet. Today we took him and girl did his haircut half way and called to say she has to stop in between. Half groomed got him home. He was a mess. Terrible place and a bad decision on my part to try them again.

Very disappointed. We went to the store so my daughter could get a lizard. We walked in 10-15 minutes before close which she exactly what she wanted so I thought it would only take about 5 minutes max. We were greeted with just so you know we close in 10 minutes. We go back to the lizards and stand around waiting for an employee to come check on us to help us which never happened. Finally her dad went to get someone to get the lizard for us and we were told we could not purchase an animal after 630 however the store is open until 7! The girls working tell me it's their policy. I asked oh is that posted somewhere? Nope. Were we told that unpon entering the store? Nope. I am sorry but that's a bunch of bs. If a pet store is open i should be able to purchase a pet period. I will not be going back and spending any of my money there ever again.

When I was in there I was just browsing for my ferrets, but one of the employees, Renee, was cleaning the ferrets cage and was making rude comments to them/about them and slammed their cage. When I came back after I left my phone in the store I asked her if she had seen it, she was nothing but rude to me. I will not be back due to one employee. Shame.

Most of the prices are competitive, but not always the best. However, the staff is much more knowledgeable and friendly than their competitors and makes the little bit of extra usually worth it.

Renee was rude the genie pig chest was open my son was looking at the cage above it and she ran and shut it on him saying that him or I must have opened it I am so bothered I won’t purchase anything! All the animals are basically dead anyway

I'd like to take the time to let you know that you have a great employee in James. He noticed the dog food we were buying was more than 6 months expired, paused the sale and proceeded to find some that wasn't. I truly appreciated this young man's caring professionalism.

The girl who help me fined what I needed was a big help and very friendly. She even carried the bag of cat food up to the register for me.

Stefany is a fantastic dog groomer. My dog has a lot of anxiety, and she puts her to ease. Stefany's cuts are fantastic. Petco is lucky to have her. Can't say enough good things... Editing review here on June 7. I took my new husky, Ziggy, to Stefany. Another fabulous job!

I came in a couple days ago with some of my friends and I have been debating on leaving a review for a little bit. There was 2 girls there and they were making very inappropriate comments to each other, calling each other names like daddy in the isle behind us. I really was hoping it wasn’t workers but when I walked around to see low and behold it was. I understand being close with your co workers but there are conversations that should not be had at work.I can say I am no longer shopping at petco.
