“All in all, a good place to get gas in Springfield. They tend to be quite busy. Some of their pumps have hoses long enough that you can fill your car from the right or left side. Some don't have hoses long enough. You need to be careful. It would be nice if they upgraded to longer hoses so that it didn't matter what side your gas cap was on.”
“The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. Prices are very competitive and unlike the two major pharmacies, they have always been in stock and ready when I arrive. The pharmacist has always been immediately available when I have a question about a particular medicine. Extremely happy that I made the move to Potter Drug.”

Very personable and listen to your needs. The location is hard to find if you go in person. But like I said, they have a wonderful and caring staff.”

“Hard to understand why County Market couldnt make it in this hi traffic location Just the latest in a long line of groceries to leave Springfields SE side. Sorry but with a city population growth of more than 30% over the past 50 years I cannot buy that everyone shops (groceries????) online.

There’s been a couple glitches over the 5+ years I’ve been using Meijer RPh but they are a TREMENDOUS improvement compared to the national chain pharmacy in Chatham I switched from. I very much appreciate their hard work.”
“I switched from another widly known pharmacy I was not happy with. Staff here are always professional, pharmacists are always willing to answer all of my questions and staff saved on a prescription with their knowledge of different saving programs available. Seeing the same pharmacist's and technicians stay for years tells me it is a good work environment and staff are happy with their job. I've aways been happy with this pharmacy.”

“This is not an issue when it comes to prescribing. Doctors can prescribe whatever they want if your doctor is blaming the government or something like this saying it’s not allowed its prohibited they’re lying.
Doesn’t mean they have to give it just they owe an explanation it may not be what the patient wants to hear but it’s better than blaming someone. Ask them nicely but be firm what could go wrong if they already don’t want to give it at least make them help you understand why.
Tell them help me understand is it not appropriate or is there a specific reason it’s not allowed what is it exactly i would like to know because why exactly would it not be allowed if a patient needs it or is it not a good option I don’t understand.
Unless you’re receiving controlled substances from somewhere else the doctor hasn’t been told about this prescription lookup is not a concern. All it does is let you look up if a patient is getting medication filled from someone else which is something that should be possible anyways for any medication but it’s not.”

I just have to give a shout-out to the County Market at Fairhills Mall off Washington Street here in Springfield. Every time I shop there, I have a fantastic experience.
The customer service is just awesome. The employees are always so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make sure I find everything I need. It’s clear they care about their customers. The store itself is always very clean and well-kept, which makes for a really pleasant shopping trip. You can just feel the positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door.
It's my favorite place to shop for groceries. Thank you, County Market, for all that you do!”
“My husband and I have had our prescriptions filled at the W. Washington CVS for many years. We have had very good service from the pharmacy staff and pharmacist, but we realize they are likely overwhelmed after the nearby County Market recently closed its pharmacy. C.M. encouraged their pharmacy customers to transfer their prescriptions to this CVS, and many customers did so.
Our experience at this CVS has been excellent.”
