The mount and balance of new tires was fine until I was left to pick my truck up with a tpms sensor that was no longer working after they completed the work
Instead of calling me to inform me that the sensor that was fine before they messed with it is now bad .... now they want to charge me to dismount and remount the tire for the new sensor.
I would have had them put the sensor in if they would have simply called and informed me while it was in the shop.
Now they want "just shy of 100.00" to purchase and install a sensor that was in working condition when I brought the vehicle to them and now doesn't work... As well as never calling to inform me it went bad so they could replace while the tire is there/ getting replaced anyway.
I'm ok paying for a sensor.... I'm not ok paying for them to install considering they are the reason it no longer works... They didn't call to tell me it's not working... They mounted everything knowing it wasn't working and just left a note saying it's bad .. now they get to charge me for labor to mount something that could have been taken care of with a single phone call.

Nothing against staff... As he seemed like a decent individual but definitely can tell the Almighty dollar has overtaken the "take care of the mistake"

I've been going to Pomps for years!
Not just for tires, but anything else that comes up, oil change, breaks etc. There are plenty of "ect."s with a car. I check with them first because i trust them.
Always friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and never hard sales tactics.

Avoid them like the plague. The bunch of crooks do you wanted $412 to change a tire with my own tire? And I was 4 miles away. They charge if they come out automatic $300 for 2 hours and then a $112 to change your tire with your own tire.

To dismount and mount and balance 2 tires for $94.00 is crazy. I will not be going back anymore. Staff is friendly and place is clean.
