Do not do business with this place.
To start they didn’t give me a gate code.
I canceled the unit in writing as they say to do and requested the refund for the deposit and prorated rent. They have again charged me for rent on a unit I canceled.
They do not return emails or phone calls and allow a child to answer the business phone if it gets answered at all.
This isn’t a business it’s a money grab.

I’ve always been happy here until recently with new management . I can’t get call back about my account and to talk about the accounting on it as it is wrong and needs adjusted but just keeps adding auto late fees . They are very slow or a no show in response. They did finally get the new lock hardware situation straightened out after we were vulnerable for months .

faith thomas i had tried to rent a storage unit wasn’t pleased with the condition of it finally got my money back though my bank now im getting emails about a storage unit i never used talking about late fee can’t reach a person to talk to never will used again 😡😡😡

This is unbelievable. I’ve been trying to call them the past couple weeks to rent a unit and there has been no reply. You would imagine a business would actually want to rent out their units. I’ll put my stuff somewhere else. This place has been getting destroyed in the reviews recently and I see why

Do NOT rent from this facility. Out unit has been broken into twice within the last 6 months. The first time they knew about it for months before we went there and found out that it had been broken into. The company did NOT contact us, so therefore it was left vulnerable for months until we went there and found out!

Easy to use self-storage. This place is very well lit and a safe place. 27/7 access via security gate.
Good rates and clean.
No rodents or bugs.

I appreciate the ease of selecting a storage unit online through Mansa Mini Storage in Springfield. The reservation process was simple and only required a few minutes of my time. The storage facility is conveniently located, easy to access the grounds, and secure for me and my belongings. When I had a question, the new management was very responsive and friendly. I look forward to doing business with Mansa Mini Storage and highly recommend this facility to others looking for a safe and affordable location for your possessions!
