This customer service for this business is the most rudest of people! They talk over you - they interrupt you while you are talking and they are just plain nasty and hateful to work with!
I request a receipt with my payment EVERY.SINGLE.TIME and when I don't get a receipt, they tell me that I have to request one!!

This business is a scam. They are trying to over collect 1,000$ more than I owe by confusing my current employer and trying to collect on money already paid by another employer. They are going to be reported to the Illinois State Police and the FBI for fraud.

Very rude and threatening when I tried to make different arrangements. Will not send receipts. I have not gotten any paperwork from them stating how much I owe. Fraudulent company
