This customer service for this business is the most rudest of people! They talk over you - they interrupt you while you are talking and they are just plain nasty and hateful to work with!
I request a receipt with my payment EVERY.SINGLE.TIME and when I don't get a receipt, they tell me that I have to request one!!

This business is a scam. They are trying to over collect 1,000$ more than I owe by confusing my current employer and trying to collect on money already paid by another employer. They are going to be reported to the Illinois State Police and the FBI for fraud.

This company are liars. They say payments are ran through the hospital your debt came from but I know for a fact they don't. The local medical care here doesn't even use PAB. Plus Valerie is one rude and hateful lady and should be fired for the way she talks to people. Everything online points to legitimate scaming. I advise that you don't give them information like banking because they just take your money when they see fit. If you pay these people money order or cash.

It says right on your website, "We exhaust every effort possible to recover your outstanding debt"Clearly not. I don't see an option to pay for a debt online. Procom at the very least has this feature. And now I have a subpoena to pay because I don't own checks and I don't feel comfortable sending cash in to handle this claim. And 8-5p is there only time to call, when my wife and I work 8-6:30p during the week.

This is a debt collector. How do you really rate that? But as far as debt collectors go they are pretty decent. Mallory that works there was very understanding and friendly. Too bad all collectors aren’t like this.

This is probably the worst Debt collector I have ever worked with. When you agree to payments, you set a date that works for your schedule. Every single time..they tried taking money out of my account 3-5 days later. They would not provide me any documents “That they already have sent in the mail” that I never received in the first place. They told me that they couldn’t do that. If it was already sent in the mail why can’t I have a copy of that paper or invoice?I feel sorry for anyone that has to work with this horrible appalling company. This company is a joke.

Don’t try to call them unless you have all the time in the world. I’ve been on hold for well over an hour just to talk to someone. I’ve been in “queue position 1, in the queue” for over 30 minutes.
