I’ve had a monthly-membership w this chain for a few years now. This one on Hedley is a good car wash w decent dryers. Workers are friendly, vacuums work good and plenty of drying towels.

They never gave me the extra package I paid for...no one told me how to get or anything I completely forgot about it..until a couple days later..paid extra 5 bucks for a kit to clean out the inside for nothing

The wash is okay and I have a membership which is very helpful, but I hate the way they pack people in with little to no space between the cars because there will always be those people who try to pump their brakes to get more wash or dry time. Free use of towels and the vacuums are really nice. Also, all of them are nice but there's one man that should find another job because it's obvious he hates being there. He always wears a frown. I hope life gets better for him or he finds another line of work...soon.

I have the new 24 santa fe and it left most of the back dirty. I had to wipe it down with a towel to clean it. It was top to bottom so it wasn't the overhang on the roof that blocked it. They said I could run it through again but I had already cleaned with the towel. Will try again though.

I spent $22 here and still had bird doo on my car and dirt on it… went to a different car wash w a different company- got better service- spent less- and they did a great job. ?

Their multi cleaner is worth the visit alone free vacuums are the 2nd and the staff are awesome

Got a membership and I love it. I get the ceramic washes and the membership is a good deal. The employees are helpful and I got a gas discount card.

The young men who work there are just phenomenal. Very helpful, friendly, and polite. If you have any questions about anything, they answer your questions politely. They are not condescending. It's the best rainstorm car wash in town

Clean, smooth experience! Always fully stocked with detailing supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful when needed, but don't hover. Will continue being a customer!

We have used Rain Storm before with great results . We used the $18,00 option this time and it did not remove any bugs or bug droppings from our vehicle . Very disappointed .
