They have no problem locking your debit card and leaving you stranded with no access to your money. Then, when you call, they will transfer you around and leave you on hold for hours while they block you from buying food with your own money.

Worst Bank I've worked with so far. They cant process debit cards for payment without doing a cash advance. My online account wouldnt process so I cant do any online banking even after spending an hour in the branch to try and get it resolved (this reallly bugs me because it makes it difficult to track fees). Never had an institution make it so difficult to pay them. Who in their right mind expects you to pay by check in 2021? Also did a balance transfer 31 days after opening a credit card account and they told me I was still eligible for the intro APR but that was a lie . They ended up charging me the full apr immediately. Cant wait to close my account. Any other bank in town is better

The ATM is just in the absolute dumbest spot ever. We had to wait behind another car at the window almost 15 minutes with the ATM literally staring us in the face.

My wife and I have all our personal accounts and two business accounts with regions. On Friday 8/31/18 I went through the drive through to make a deposit for one of our businesses and the teller started acting very condescending toward me. He was overly serious and stern and asked who filled out our deposit slip, and then told me he couldn't find our account with the name of the business on it. The whole time another guy at the window came up right beside him and picked up a telephone right in front of me as if he was trying to make it look like he was calling someone to check something out as some scare tactic! He hung the phone up to fast to talk to someone! I told the teller that he wasn't doing something right and then all of a sudden he claimed he found our account! Keep in mind he had our account number on the deposit slip already written out! This place felt like prison security instead of a bank and I was treated like a criminal, instead of a customer. My wife and I have decided to close all of our accounts ASAP. If I did business this way with the customers of both our businesses we would be out of business. Stay clear of regions!!!
