Received an overdraft charge due to a random monthly fee applied by the bank. Matthew (branch manager?) wouldn't waive the overdraft charge despite expressing the ability to do so. Would not recommend banking here; much better customer service at local banks and credit unions.

I've had nothing but problems. Horrible access to atms with very expensive fees. The list of issues goes on. They definitely don't have your back.

Small army clears parking and drive thru after snow fall, doesn't touch sidewalk. I have to walk that sidewalk to get to store at corner. Every wintery day, ignored.

I don't bank with Regions but I tried to cash a Regions check at this location and Andy made it pretty difficult. I started out in the drive thru and he asked me to come in because I wasn't a consumer, which I did without question. He said that there was a fee for non costumers. I told him that I've never been charged a fee for cashing a check at the bank where the check came from. He looked at me with a dased look, shook his head, raised his shoulders and said "ok..we do here". I brushed it off and said I'll cash the check regardless of the fee because I'm already here and asked for bigger bills. He said that they "save the big bills for their customers" and that I could have it in 20's. Didnt think my $600 check would break their bank but I wasn't going to risk it lol I left and I'll just cash it at my bank

This bank has poor fraud protection. I would not recommend using them at all. My sons debit card and pin were stolen. Because the thief has the pin the bank denied any recourse. The bank I use would have triggered the fraud the second time a large sum was withdrawn and they would have stopped the card.

worst service i have ever gotten in the world
