Updated 2/15/24 - They charge $125.58 for the first 1800 pounds. Hours 6:00-3:00 M-F If you'll be unloading your trailer or truck by hand (not a dump trailer) then the closing time is 2:30pm to make sure you have time to get it all unloaded. For hand unloading they may direct you to an area of roll-offs so you can unload without being in the way of the big guys. If you have a single bulk item I'd recommend scheduling the pick up curbside and save yourself the aggravation. I paid $20 (+ an annoying $15 admin fee) to have a couch picked up on my regular collection day vs taking it to the landfill myself. For both Curbside pickup or landfill drop off - They don't accept items with circuit boards, so Dishwasher, washer, other appliances need to go to a recycler also no liquids, chemicals, etc.

This review is about Brittany McLaughlin. She really does a great job in her position and is great about communicating. I honestly don't have too many that I deal with that do that, so it's definitely noticed and appreciated. She has been a big help to our school district ever since we started dealing with her. I wish we had her long before we did.

They let me drive in to drop off my recycling since my landlord won't let me pay for a bin.Complaining about the 1ton minimum?!:"All eligible city residents qualify for free scheduled residential curbside pick up of up to six (6) items per calendar year. Pick up can be divided into two (2) transactions of three (3) items per scheduled pick up or one (1) scheduled pick up of up to six (6) items."

This place minimum charge is $103 for up to a ton. Took the load to my home town and paid $30. There is no minimum charge and they charge per pound.

No matter what size your load in a pickup truck, it is $88 now (just verified) just to go thru the gate. Whether it is 200 pounds or 2000 pounds, they charge the same per load. GREEDY! A small load should NOT cost the same as a giant one! What a rip off!

$84.95 is the min. Charge for a small load... 2 lbs all the way to 2 tons. If you have a small truckload of items to take to dump.... $85.... Do not use these dudes.
