Nice horse ride, horses were calm. We rode far on our motorcycle to get there, so after riding the horses, we wanted to rest our bottoms before riding our bike back. We were sitting at a bench for a bit, but they made us leave.

Riverside Stables is a family owned and operated business for over 30 years. Beautiful location along the Sangamon River in Springfield Illinois. We have bred and raised 16 of our own foals here. They are used for Trail rides, Horse camp, Birthday parties, Field trips, and education in the Equine Industry. We rent Canoe and Kayaks to go down the Sangamon River, includes drop off, pick up, life jackets and oars. We put on a Extreme Haunted hayrides and Zombie Paintball rides in October Only.
