I'm only leaving 1 star because I can't leave negative stars. If you need a running truck to do your job do not bring your truck to rush. I brought a truck in for an alignment am told if anything is found wrong they will notify me before attempting to proceed with alignment. Call next day as I've heard nothing am told will be getting estimate emailed to me as to issues found call everyday and am told it's coming. Finally after 5 days (yes 2 were weekend but I had jobs for truck so not my problem they're lazy and don't work on weekends) I'm told that they've been emailing wrong address because they typed it in wrong I come get truck and am charged $150ish for a couple truck inspection. Never said I wanted this just the alignment and if it couldn't be done because of a broken part to let me know. Welcome to scummy dealerships I'll be taking all my business elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been fighting an issue with my truck and Eddi knocked it out of the park diagnosing and fixing it and I couldn’t be more ecstatic with the work, attention to detail, and communication from him, Jeremy on the service side stayed in touch and did everything he could to make everything go smooth. They definitely restored my faith. Nick in parts also goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. Thank you all!

My truck wouldn't start so they had a guy named Shaun come to the rescue. Wasn't sure if it was the batteries or my starter but he figured it out quickly. Tested everything and found out it was all 4 batteries. Got everything done and replaced within an hour and I was on my way.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Very nice folks and go out their way to help the customers. My husband and I had a situation with his truck and they helped us. This place deserves a 10 star ?. Thanks everyone for all that ya did. And thanks for all you do for the drivers. I appreciate ya'll very much ????????

I had an electrical problem with the truck's trailer lighting. Shawn quickly identified the circuit and repaired it. Very pleased with his service.

Our Environmental service maintains a fleet of vehicles and regularly does business with several shops around the area. we've never had a good experience at this one shop in particular. I literally don't think you can do worse.On 6/10/22 They told me we needed a pinion seal in our dump truck to stop the rear diff leak & charged us well over $1,000.00 to do the small "repair" They then sent me down the road pouring diff fluid everywhere, so I went back in. If you take a look at the roads around this shop you'll see they do this quite often. We may get the EPA involved.By 8/18/22 They told me they misdiagnosed it the first time and the rear diff needed a "speedi sleeve" to stop the leak. They got another small fortune out of us to do this repair and then sent me off with yet more rear diff fluid gushing out all over the IL roadways. The moment I pulled out of their lot I could see and smell it gushing everywhere so I pulled back in. They were waiting for me in the parking lot & only then told me they figured it needed a new rear diff and if I go buy one they'd put it in for $12,000.00! I asked why they did the repair if I needed a new diff and they just stood there toothlessly dumbfounded. I took it to Ron & Bob's in Decatur and got it done for $8,500.00 total, with parts and fluid included.This latest mistake we made was calling them when our PTO wouldn't get power. We were working for the railroad 2 hours away and MIKE advised me they would diagnose it right away, so we rushed it over. The next day Mike advised me the tech said it was a "wiring nightmare" and needed my help finding the fuse box. (On a GMC Topkick) I came in and showed him that it was right up top as soon as you open the hood on the passenger side under the black cover that says "F U S E B O X" As he stood there dumbfounded... Then Mike told me the Tech called off work the rest of the entire week and no one else there knows how to do anything at all with fuses or wiring. The next week after being fired by the railroad and asked to pay for the material still in the truck Mike advised me THEY had an emergency job in Texas and they sent that tech down there to work it?!?! Then they told me the truck had an air leak and they wanted well over a thousand dollars from me for that repair but they still haven't looked into the PTO issue! Dumbfounded, I explained to him that our situation was an emergency as well but I don't think he grasped that as he just kept calling me "my man" and "my dude" Now I've got the truck back & they've been paid but they're sending me threatening letters about storage fees and calling my salesmen to come pick up the truck that they don't have & never fixed! I'll never let them weasel money out of me again.I am combing these comments and contacting other dissatisfied customers to see if they'd like to litigate as I've already hired an attorney. This is unacceptable.
