Stopped in at 9 am to see if windshield could be repaired. Receptionist on phone entire time. Restroom was disgusting and obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Ended up leaving after 20 mins without speaking to anyone. They need additional assistance in front area to handle calls and customers. Took my business elsewhere.

I scheduled the repair online and the shop kept in touch throughout form the day I did the schedule up to the repair day. The tech called very early in the morning prior to coming out to fix the crack on my windshield. Michael is a polite and professional guy. He got the job done in good time and gave me all necessary details I need to be aware of in case I need a follow up service/concern.

After dealing with the wrong windshield being brought out the 1st time to now the 4th time dealing with them I will NEVER have them touch my Jeep. The tech did a very sloppy glue line and I had glue all along the inside of my windshield. When I called for them to fix it I was told they would have to cut the window out and scrape and re-glue. As a precaution they were supposed to have ordered a new windshield incase the one in it broke. The tech took the windshield off the work order. I only find out days later when I had to take it into their shop and drop it off and an hour later I get a call. I then go to pick up my Jeep at their shop location and I let them know that I wanted to take it somewhere else to be fixed. I had had many problems from the tech standing on my plastic trim and scuffing it on both sides and scuffing my doors with the heal of his foot, laying my wipers directly on my hood not on the hood covers they have to being told by the location manager that I needed to be more patient and allow them more time to correct it. And if I take it somewhere else I can pay out of pocket. This was an ordeal that lasted 2 weeks after my initial appt. I would not recommend going there and if I could give negative stars I would.

Great experience all around. Customer service was friendly and booking was easy and quick. The technician who came to the house did an amazing job cleaning up broken glass better than I ever could. The technician was also super friendly and got the job done faster than I thought possible in 45 minutes. Highly recommend
