If you like waiting in line for a half hour to check out you will like shopping her. Some brainiac decided to go down to five people checkout lines nd the rest self checkout. The only problem four of their self checkouts were broke. The were at least 8 people in line to check out in each lane. You get cheap so you donr have to pay people and service suffers big time.

I see Sam's Club management has responded to my unfavorable review of their organization. Unfortunately, Sam's Club has yet to contact me or my family to correct their organization's bad business practices. So, we can conclude that Sam's Club only cares about is public opinion, not decent business practices...go figure.

When I called to schedule an eye exam, I was told they only offer a video consultation with an optometrist, but a technician does the actual exam. For this they charge $80.00! I don't think so.

Customer service was awful! They assumed that I did not have insurance and went ahead to ask me for advance copay of $75 yet I had insurance. After vehemently dismissing my insurance, she later found out that I indeed had the cover. After all that, she didn’t think I needed any apology. I found that too rude and unprofessional!!

Sams Club is fine establishment with family friendly vibes. Great prices for big bulk. Also AMAZING prices and quality for their food court. That berry sundae can get it.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE. not one person that works In that area, knows what professional stands for. The optical manager is a slob. Fat belly always hanging out. Barf. Clothes are wrinkled. The older lady ignores people and the tech in the DR area appears dirty and curses like a trucker! Pathetic optical team. No way I'm even attempting an eye exam their. ?

This review is not based on the quality of the Sam's club location but more of their staff education. I'm running out on a lunch break to grab party items, forks, plates cups, maybe some snack trays...you're not allowed to buy anything before 10am if you don't have the "plus" membership. I have a limited time to grab this stuff I can't wait til 10am. This inflexibility lost business today, looks like I will buy these things somewhere else. It seems to me if someone is about to drop a few hundred dollars, maybe you let it slide so you get the business.

Love the scan and go! Best thing ever! Their fruit selection is actually better priced than Costco.

Quality of merchandise is good, I find the taste and quality of their bakery products to be comparable to some of the better bakeries. I've come across some fabulous finds while browsing . I would recommend Sam's Club.

You can save a lot of money here buying bulk. The real win here is the gas prices. They are always much cheaper than other gas stations. Illinois is going to get you at the pumps, you might as well save some money when the great state is taking you to the cleaner on gas taxes.

I'm disappointed with how I've been treated by the hearing aid department at Sam's Club. Four years ago I bought a pair of expensive heating aids there. The audiologist said if I purchased the pair they would provide free batteries as long as I owned them. He also said when it came time to purchase a new pair, they would apply the full purchase price of the old pair toward a trade. Things were great for several years and then the person I purchased them from left. The new hearing aid specialist said her predecessor made those promises to many customers but he shouldn't have. She said she would not honor the trade-in promise and last week she said they would no longer honor the promise of free batteries for as long as I owned my hearing aids. An honest company keeps its commitments. They have not. And there is no disagreement that such promises were made. After they would not honor the trade-in promise, I purchased new hearing aids elsewhere. When I inquired if I donated my old hearing aids to someone in need from my church, whether they would fit them for him, I was told they would but they would charge the needy fellow $650 for the service. Lucid Hearing, which is the vendor in Sam's is not someone I would do business with.
