I have always had a great experience at cvs the staff has always been great! But they went way beyond for me. When I called I spoke to Ranetta she listened attentively and was very understanding and compassionate. I quit my Doctor and the office manager at the Doctor's office told me that I had another refill on my sleeping pill but the bottle of said I didn't she told me to call the pharmacy. So I did there wasn't any refills. So Ranetta reassured me that she would have her manager call the Doctor's office and explain the situation. I was so excited when Ranetta texted me a little later and told me I could pick up my prescription. I can't thank them enough! Such great customer service and so compassionate caring personal. That is so rare these days. Thank you CVS.For having these wonderful employees.

The young lady that was working here was so rude. I could not understand something she said because of the mask so I politely asked her what she said and apparently that was too much for her so she snapped at me that it would be a 20 minute wait. I sat down to wait and when I came back up after waiting she hadn’t even started to fill it. Sadly this person must feel this is acceptable behavior and simple common courtesy isn’t needed at CVS.
