In just 3 months I have had two big problems with my car and Schultz has been very helpful both times.
The first problem I had was fixing my car after an accident in October. The place I had used before said they couldn't even look at my car until January!! I was lucky to have contacted Schultz after that. They got me in right away and were always super quick with everything, so I was mostly waiting on insurance to sort things out the whole time.
Most recently, someone stole my keys and my spare wouldn't start my car. I called Schultz and got it towed. The tow truck driver was kind and helped me understand what exactly I need done.

I don't usually write reviews however they are beyond excellent in every area and I felt compelled to write this review. They are also so nice and easy to work with the BEST customer service, and truly genuine.. What a breath of fresh air!!!

Searched for a highly rated shop to do the repairs on my vehicle. Came across Shultz and they exceeded expectations. Great quality work and professional. Lifetime warranty their paint and pdr. They gained a lifetime customer for sure.

Experience with Shultz collision center was excellent. Very responsive to emails, and outstanding customer service! Very appreciative of the extra efforts they took to find a part for my car, make a drive to St Louis to pick it up, and complete the work on my car in a timely manner.

5 stars for Schultz Collision Center. I called yesterday to get in for an appt and they told me to stop in as no appts are taken.
I went in and was greeted and helped right away. Chase worked with me and went over the plan and I was able to drop off my car last night.
After doing the inspection today Chase called me himself and went over the estimate and offered me advice. I truly felt like I was talking to my brother who I could fully trust.
I ended up not getting the repair work done as it wasn’t in the cars best interest long-term.
It is so hard to have a good experience with service anymore. Don’t hesitate using Schultz for repair or maintenance needs. Trustworthy and efficient service.

I was so impressed with their service I had a very hard time tying to have my Audi repaired which was over 7 month period of waiting for parts at another body shop which they never received and they didn’t pursue locating them they let my car sit for 2 months torn apart without locating the parts needed for the repair. Then I was referred to Schultz Collision by Green Audi and Chase went the extra mile to make sure
my car was repaired quickly. I can’t thank him and his staff enough for taking such good care of me and repairing my car. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to get their car repaired there you won’t find anyone as honest and dedicated to make sure your car is repaired and back to normal and looking beautiful!! Again Thank you for helping me !!!
