if I could select a negative number for this review I would. Haley fitzgerald who was our loan advisor was AWFUL. Didnt respond to us for days and when she did she Did not know what she was doing at all. She ruined our first house buying experience for years to come. So many mistakes were made, including giving information over the phone to people who were NOT us. Thousands of dollars that she said we would not owe, she told us we owed 5 days before closing. Stuff like that happened for the entirety of 2 months trying to close on the house. she did not care one bit. It seemed as though this was her first day on the job. no one there was a help and it was the worst experience every. DO NOT use them to buy a house. You will regret it
