Elaine made me feel terrible about myself and i will never come to this establishment again. i asked her where this jean paul cologne was which she proceeded to laugh in my face and ignore me. when i asked her politely again she proceeded to take me to the makeup section and said “maybe something in this area could help you better”. i am 63 years old and have never been so disrespected in my life. how she treated me and treated others is nothing a company should be proud of. i spoke to customer service about this and they filed it but im unsure something happened. beyond disgusted with this company.

An employee offered to help me I asked if she could give me a sample.. She replies, they have NEVER given out samples.. Now this is not my first time in a Saphora so I know they do give out samples , she should be fired giving out that false information .she was short n chubby with red hair and a nose piercing 🤷🏼

This is one of the worst sephoras I have ever had the displeasure of shopping at. I have been there 3 separate times looking for any brand of foundation in my shade, and it's always sold out. I literally checked each bay and there was not one fair shade in stock. The only brand that had any fair shades in stock was Tarte but their product is trash. Whoever orders for this store is does a horrible job. It's always a mess and the testers always look disgusting. If you have been to one of their stand alone stores you know this is absolutely not how a sephora should be.

Only one staff member scheduled for a late afternoon/ evening, and they were swamped. Plan for a bit of a wait if you need assistance with product info. Good product and plenty of options.

This place is amazing the staff are so helpful and fun ! Sam is one of my favorite workers there at Sephora I always ask for her advice on everything!

Today I went looking for an eyelash curler because all of my other ones stopped working. I asked the employee with short, strawberry blonde hair for assistance because I couldn’t find the product. When she looked on her little device she had told me they had a couple back in stock but they were a little higher in the price range that I was looking for & the ones in my price range were completely out of stock. I thanked her for her assistance and walked away. My grandma had been talking to another employee who had platinum blonde hair and was beginning to walk away when she had heard the employee who had helped me say to the blonde girl “I don’t know why she doesn’t just go to the dollar store and get an eyelash curler.” I was shocked when my grandma had told me what she had said & it made me extremely upset. Why would she talk behind my back to the other employee as soon as I walk away? Why didn’t she suggest other places with eyelash curlers? Why didn’t I go to the dollar store? Because they are cheap & stop working every time. I was extremely disappointed to hear that.
