I prepaid twice and the pump never activated and I never got gas. Clerk was useless, just muttered unintelligible answers when I asked for a receipt showing that my prepay was refunded. Refused to provide receipt.

Bad the cashier didn't know what she was doing and cussing the register out didn't know how to do the money order machine

Left the interstate for a tank of gas and had to go elsewhere instead. Management needs to reassign the miserably angry lady working tonight.
