I purchased 5 gallons of stain from this store and it looks like paint. I called the store to see if I could get a refund and they will not refund it. Very unhappy customer. No where does it say no refunds. I went to great lengths to ask the salesman to make sure semi transparent stain was subtle and you could see wood grain and he promised it yes. Well that’s not the case and now they won’t refund or give me another option.

This is my 3rd visit in roughly a week for supplies to complete a job for a client. On our first visit last week, one employee was wearing a mask. The others were not. Next 2 visits, no employees wore masks. All customers in and out were maskless as well on all 3 visits. No one was asked to wear a mask by staff. Only myself and my coworker wore masks during all 3 visits. Very VERY disappointed.
