Sinful Sensations provides a very pleasant experience with courteous and informative service. The sales lady is very nice, knows a lot about the products, and has the best upbeat attitude that makes customers feel comfortable to ask questions. She is respectful and quickly greets customers without a rude manner. She takes it upon herself to ensure products work properly. Customers find the service very good and report dropping over a hundred dollars on product. The business also has a lot of movies available for purchase. This excellent service creates returning customers who had a hesitant experience elsewhere. The overall experience is pleasant, with knowledgeable staff who provide good service and ensure product functionality.
The lady that I’ve had ring me up is very nice and knows a lot about what to use and not use with certain products. Like another review, I wish I asked her name. Regardless, very good service.

I was looking for a copy of Driving Miss Daisy on VHS for a themed party for my grandkids. I went and found a lot of movies available but the closest they had was Driving Miss Daisy Crazy. It changed the whole mood of the party but my grandkids seemed to enjoy it

The workers are extremely polite, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable of the products in their store. Would recommend Sinful over any adult store in Springfield by far!!
