No need to checkin online as you have to manually enter name once you reach in store and will be called according to that list.. rest all as usual..

Very unhappy with my experience the last two times I have been in…. Both times the waiting room had at least 4 people in it and all of the stylist went on break at the same time. I realize everyone gets a break, but any good manager knows not all of the stylist can go at the same time when you have a room full of people waiting to get service the stylist that cut my hair did a great job both times. But it’s definitely not a place you go if you would like to get in and out in less than an hour.

Whatever the wait is, multiply it by 5. 15 minutes is routinely over an hour.

So went in at 7.35 two girls cutting hair and one guy waiting she asked me did you already check in online? Then told me not to check in. Yeah they close at 8 just need the sides shaved and I don't understand why workers act like if their job closes at 8 they should be walking out at 8 ?

Easy online check in. Was taken back quickly after arriving. As always, the cut was great. The wash and scalp massage is a must! Store carries great products as well!

Today I had my haircut by Lauren and I honestly am considering not coming back. She asked how much to take off the front and I said “just a little” she proceeded to take off most of it leaving me not even enough to part. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience and would not recommend

First thing is most of the time I get great haircuts at this location. Sometimes my head breaks out when they don't clean there clippers. Today was the last time I'll go to Sports Clips anyplace. Lauren first chair on the right over charged me for the 3rd time and today it was confirmed when another gentleman outside stopped me and said she had done it to him before. 34 dollars for a cut and a wash with a military discount. Can't stand people that can't be honest..Service: Haircut

Aweful!! My husband and son went this evening since my son has school pictures tomorrow... they both just get a simple fade... they came home with straight up buzz cuts. My 7yr old has super long pieces all on the back of his head, the hair on the nape of their necks is the same length as what's on top of their heads. Now I'm trying to figure out how I can fix this at home without going to the scalp

I really like this location and the Decatur one. They take good care of their customers and that's why wait times can be pretty long sometimes. They won't rush you through a MVP experience just because there is a full waiting room. I haven't managed to find a regular yet because my schedule is all over the place but I always have a good experience regardless. The only thing I'm confused about is when I check in on the app it says to go into the store and let them know I'm there. When I do they seem confused and I don't see other people do that. Is that an unnecessary step? If I don't do it then the board will say I'm not in store and I'm afraid I'll get skipped over but I don't like doing it. Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of a online check in? I wish I could just say through the app I'm there and not have to bother the busy stylists.
