On my last visit to the area I noticed the shop. I'm a clock person and found the shop interesting. Mostly older clocks, limited selection but still nice. Had a nice chat with the person (owner).

My wife and I had first seen the rhythm motion clocks at a store during a weekend getaway. 5 months later we decided to purchase one online and found the website for Springfield Clocks. The website is very easy to navigate, and even though the one we wanted was out of stock the folks at Springfield Clock kept a constant communication throughout the whole process. The way the clock was packaged and delivered shows how much they care about their clocks and their customers. Well done!

I took an old clock to be repaired back in the spring. I had to pay one hundred dollars then. It took them until late August of 2022 to "fix" the clock. The only thing they did was oil and clean it. When I got the clock home it still didn't work so I returned it. When I did a man attempted to wind it and it broke the spring. He demanded I pay another sixty dollars. I refused because the clock was not fixed to begin with. The situation got worse when one of the two working there told me to "take your clock and get the Fuc. out of my store." He then called the police as I demanded a refund or have it fixed. He continued to use hardcore profanity and was beyond rude. I left and told them to stick the clock and called my credit card company and disputed the charge as the item was not fixed. I also contacted the BB and have written the Attorney Generals office as well. The attitude of this place is appalling. The language used in front of my 13 year old son was disturbing as well. I would never take anything to this place again. Total rip off.

Springfield Clock Shop is wonderful! Several years ago they helped me with my Rhythm Small World clock. The clock had quit playing the music. I contacted them and they had me make a small "fix" and it worked! No charge to me for their expert advice. Recently we moved and in the moved we lost the battery cover for another Rhythm clock we have. I again contacted Springfield Clock Company and they ordered me a new back for the cost and shipping! I would highly recommend them for all your clock problems. Thanks for being a company that people can depend on!!!!
