Phone number is for a travel agent not a furniture repair shop

Twice I emailed this company about a pair of antique wooden chairs that needed repair. Both times I received a response that a member of their team would contact me within 2 days. No one contacted me. If possible, I would give 0 stars because I received no service and no communication from Springfield Furniture Services.
